ALEDANG offers a variety of pasta and pizza, combining Italian and Korean cuisine. We ordered the spicy carbonara, regular carbonara, and spicy tomato pasta. My friend Sukwen and I had the spicy carbonara, which was very creamy with a slightly sweet flavor and not very spicy. The bacon was quite salty, but it balanced well with the pasta. I also tried the regular carbonara, which was slightly more savory and a little less creamy.
